Advanced/Intermediate/Beginner

 

You are an ADVANCED athlete if you can complete:

 

-Ring/bar muscle ups

-Chest to Bar Pull ups

-Toes to bar

-Handstand push ups

-Snatch (M-70kg/F-40kg)

-Clean and Jerk (M-90kg/F-55kg)

 

You are an INTERMEDIATE athlete if you can meet 4 of the

following standards:

 

-Ring/bar muscle ups

-Pull ups

-Toes to bar

-Handstand push ups

-Full Range Wall Balls

-Box jumps (M-24”/F-20”)

-Snatch (M-50kg/F-30kg)

-Clean and Jerk (M-70kg/F-45kg)

 

BEGINNER athletes should able to meet ALL of the below

standards before considering competing

 

-Full Range Wall Balls

-Box step ups (M-24”/F-20”)

-Snatch (M-30kg/F-20kg)

-Clean and Jerk (M-45kg, F-30kg)

-Thrusters(M-40kg/F-25kg)
